909K views · 37K reactions | Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork Chop In my opinion, Vietnamese food is one of the healthiest cuisines ever! 😮💨 Ingredients: *500g of pork chops * 5 tbsp of lemongrass, minced * 3 tbsp of fish sauce * 2 tbsp of soy sauce * 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce * 3 garlic cloves , minced * 2 tbsp of lime juice * 2 tbsp of sugar * 1 tbsp of honey * 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp of cornstarch 1 tsp of baking soda Nuoc Nam or Vietnamese dipping fish sauce: 180ml of organic water 1/3 cup white sugar 1/3 cup fish sauce 2 limes 2 bird’s eye / Thai chili, finely sliced. 5 cloves of garlic , minced Steps: 1. Marinade the pork chops with the ingredients above for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Set aside. 2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Place the pork on a pan and cook each side for 3-4 minutes until just cooked through. Set aside and rest for 5 minutes. 3. Slice the pork, serve with a bowl of rice, tomatoes and cucumber. Enjoy!
