MORPHOLOGIE fossil art jewelry combines two of my passions, silversmithing and fossil collecting. I'm blessed to live along the coast in Charleston, South Carolina where fossils are amazingly abundant. This handmade .925 sterling silver pendant features an awesome light gray with black lines on the enamel fossilized extinct great white shark tooth blade. The tooth was locally collected. All parts of this pendant are made by hand in my studio. The surface of the tooth has been polished to bring out the colors. This tooth is flat on the back and lays nicely. The teardrop shaped bail opening is nice and wide and will accommodate a larger chain if desired. A chain is not included. The pendant measures 44.2 mm (1.74 inches) long from the top of the bail by 23.9 mm (.94 inch) wide by 8.3 mm (.32 inches) tall/thick. Makes a great gift for the shark/fossil lover.
