If you want an different length, please convo us. - Shelf thickness - Approximately 1 1/2' - TWO BRACKETS - FLAT STEEL J SHAPED IRON HANGERS are included with this shelf. They have a load rating of 75 lbs per pair, if installed correctly. - Great for open shelving of plates, cookware, books, etc. The front lip enhances the security of the shelf. - Mounting Screws to mount brackets into wood studs. We don't include anchors due to the many wall designs. If you need additional center brackets, there is a listing for a matching bracket on the drop down menu at the bottom. It is one bracket only..... no shelf. And it's designed for those customers that purchase a extra long shelf that feel they need additional brackets in the center for more support. The stain samples are from the manufacturers website. Actual colors will vary with each boards grain pattern. Wood details and finishing techniques: - Certified Forestry Initiative member wood is used. It is solid lob lolly pine wood. We include complete description of the characteristics of our wood in our shop FAQ's. The wood will have a flat matte finish, which adds to the warmth of the farmhouse, and industrial and modern decor vibe. Convo us with questions. We are happy to discuss any opportunities. WOOD SIZES OFFERED: We offer 7.25”, 9.25” and 11.25” deep shelves, with standard lengths varying from 24” to 72”. The thickness of our wood is approximately 1 1/2". If you need a custom length that isn’t listed on the “size” drop down menu, please contact us. We can custom cut shorter shelves that range from 12" to 24". Reach out to us and we can make you a custom listing for these super short shelves. MAXIMUM DEPTH AND LENGTH: The maximum depth that we can purchase is 11.25”. The maximum length that we can ship is 72” long. If you need a longer shelf, please consider two shorter shelves, and mount them side by side. The extra-long shelves would need extra center brackets, so two shelves and four brackets look great. If you need super short shelves, to finish out your projects, we offer some short shelves, that we cut with our old saw. If you want a deeper shelf, we might be able to glue two boards together and offer a shelf up to 17 1/2" deep. Reach out to us to discuss. SHIPPING METHODS: We ship almost exclusively via UPS Ground. We cannot ship to PO Boxes; therefore, we need your street address. It is difficult to change shipping address after you enter the order, so please make sure that your profile address is up to date. We can’t offer our free shipping program to AK, HI, PR or APO addresses. Please contact us and we can discuss the extra shipping charge to those locations. We don’t ship to international locations currently. SHIPPING TIMETABLE: We are shipping our orders in just over one week currently. We usually can RUSH an order but contact us before you order. Don’t leave a note to seller on your order that you have a pressing need for the order. We will probably miss your note. Just reach out to us on the message board. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests are limited to 24 hours after order entry. We start the order process the next day after order entry. Since we are a “made to order” shop, and don’t maintain any inventory, once the order is in process, we can’t accept cancellations. EXCHANGES and RETURNS: Exchanges are not offered for this product. Returns are accepted on many of our products per our posted time frame. Full details are included in our Return FAQs, but the short take is...... We ask you to ship the item back to us, and we will charge a 20% restock fee if the item is returned in a resalable condition. In addition, we don’t refund our internal cost to ship the item to you. Please put a pencil to the cost to determine the amount of money you will receive before you ship the items back to us. Shipping heavy bulking items is costly.
