These Chili Cheese Enchiladas are a combination of two of my favorite meals, Macro Friendly Chili and homemade soft, delicious and cheesy enchiladas. They’re full of ground turkey and beef, chili beans and tons of flavor. A perfect way to use up any extra chili.

Meat

• 13 1/4 1 lbs lean ground beef, lean

• 99 1 lbs lean ground turkey, lean

Produce

• 2 Bell peppers

• 1 can Bush's best mixed beans in

• 1 Garlic clove

• 1 1 can can Green chilies

• 2 cans Tomatoes, Fire Roasted

• 1/2 Yellow onion, medium

Canned Goods

• 1 1/2 cup Beef broth

• 1 can Tomato paste

Baking & Spices

• 4 tbsp Chili powder

• 1 tsp Pepper

• 1 tsp Salt

Nuts & Seeds

• 1 tbsp Cumin, ground

Bread & Baked Goods

• 8 Mission carb balance flour tortillas

Dairy

• 1 cup Cheddar cheese

• 3/4 cup Monterey jack cheese

Frozen

• 1 La victoria sauce enchilada
