Vegetable Stir-fry (Asian)
Ingredients: 1 cup bell peppers (sliced) 1 cup broccoli florets 1 carrot (julienned) 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp ginger (grated) 1 garlic clove (minced) 1 tsp sesame oil (optional) Instructions: Heat olive oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot with rice or noodles.
