Chicken Dumplings High Protein Snacks Recipe
For chicken filling: 1 lb ground chicken 1 egg 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1/3 cup chopped green onions 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp sesame oil 2 tbsp sriracha 1 tbsp sesame seeds 3 cloves garlic 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs Salt & pepper For rice paper: 15-16 (half sheets) or 8-9 full + a bowl of cold water Combine all ingredients in a bowl for chicken filling. Cut rice paper in half, hydrate rice paper for about 5 seconds. Fill in rice paper with 1 tbsp filling, fold in the sides, and bring the edges in to seal on the bottom. Spray tray with cooking spray. Lay dumplings down in air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. Spray the dumplings and air fry at 385 for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Chang’s Lettuce Wraps Recipe Ingredients: • - 1.5 lbs ground meat (pork, chicken, beef, or turkey) • - 1/4 cup hoisin sauce • - soy sauce to taste (I used 1/4 cup) • - 1/4 cup honey • - 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar • - 10 cloves garlic, minced • - 2 tbsp ginger, minced • - 1/2 cup onion, chopped • - 1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped • - 2 tbsp oil - Butter lettuce leaves, for serving Instructions: • 1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. • 2. Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned. • 3. Stir in minced garlic, chopped onion, and minced ginger. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes on medium low heat. • 4. Then add in hoisin, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and honey. • 6. Reduce the heat to low and simmer
