Here’s the recipe: 1 can of beer (I chose a cheap lager ) 455g flour (I used @caputoflour Super Nuvola but Bread Flour works) 12g salt 2.3g instant yeast 2.3g olive oil Mix water+flour+yeast, rest, knead in oil, rest, divide and round, then store covered overnight in fridge for use the next day. Or you can store covered at room temp and use in a few hours once it’s relaxed. You’ll get the rich malty flavor of long fermentation without the long wait.
