Iain H Not sure how this escaped me for so long, but I finally found it in 2024. On one level, basic rock and roll. On another level, beautifully dark, doom, with gothic and shoegaze leanings. I'm obsessed with Four Teeth. One of my most played tunes this year. Favorite track: FOUR TEETH.

Harrison Phinney I owe this discovery to Akira Rabelais, who played ‘Four Teeth’ on a guest show for Laurel Halo’s Awe, on NTS. I don’t listen to much guitar music, but this is one band worth a helluva damn. Since hearing said song, I’ve listened to this album front to back countless times, and while all their records are great, this one remains my favorite. Heavy, mournful, droning—everything I want. The overall vibe is: driving alone on the US 66, through an endless night. Favorite track: FOUR TEETH.
