TV show description:
A drama series, the Ordinary Joe TV show was created by Garrett Lerner and Russel Friend.
Life is all about the choices you make – and sometimes, what you do in a single moment can change everything. The show follows young Joe Kimbreau (Wolk) as he makes a pivotal and life-changing decision at his Syracuse University graduation.
The three parallel stories that diverge from that night find Joe and the people around him with different careers, relationships, and family lives. The three tales each follow Joe some 10 years after his graduation: following in his father’s footsteps, as a police officer; following his passion, as a music star; and after he marries his love, as a nurse.
Regardless of the storyline, some things change and others stay the same. Ultimately, there is no “right” choice. No matter what happens, Joe’s life is always messy, exciting, tough, unpredictable — and beautiful.
Episode #13 — Aftermath
Cop Joe tries to impress Amy’s family. Nurse Joe takes an important road trip with Chris. Music Joe hits rock bottom.
First aired: January 24, 2022.
What do you think? Do you like the Ordinary Joe TV show? Do you think it should have been cancelled or renewed for a second season?
I think that Ordinary Joe should have never been cancelled!! It was truly a great show. I really liked how it showed Joe going through 3 phases of life and it would have been nice to see it carry on and to see which life Joe really chose. Please bring it back
I generally don’t watch regular network tv because what they put out garbage. But, Ordinary Joe was different. It’s the best and only show on any of the networks I watched this winter. So very sorry to hear it was cancelled.
I am really going to miss this show. I enjoyed it and I was able to follow it. It didn’t have all the garbage that a lot people today look for in a TV show.
Yeah once again television runs everything they cancel shows that get into it and never have a final to it but to leave the b******* on with all these freaking young girls and paradise bad paradise and b******* stuff that and bachelorette which every year you’re going to stay together anyway anyway and where did they take Take the polls from outwest all the time you never never hear anything and the Midwest East with the ratings in the vodafone arm Television now when it comes to series is a big joke just like all the producers in the governmen
Love the show so much, can’t wait for season 2!!❤
Ordinary Joe is an intelligent, well-written TV show. It is complex, and, as such, requires attentive watching and listening. It is the story of Joe, who has to make one of three decisions on college graduation day. Then, we watch as the 3 different choices play out. Changing background colors help us sort out the 3 different lives. I am totally hooked on this intelligent show. Give it a chance to go beyond the first season. You won’t regret that you committed to the storyline.
Did you know that it’s ILLEGAL for a person without a law degree to try a case? Or that zippered pants have been on the market for 30 years? Just two of many examples of the show being ridiculous and contrived.
It’s my favorite show of the year. It comes on at 9:00 PM Chicago time, which is past my bedtime, so I tape it and Tuesday night is watch Ordinary Joe.
I’ve watched 2 episodes and I’m done. The show is confusing and uninteresting.
Me too. The first episode was OK. The second episode, I only made it half way through.
Look forward new fall season start today. Good year ahead prayer for.
