Today we’re launching Sonic Inference Pods, our network of modular data centers built for AI inference. Compute demand is growing faster than new capacity. Only about 30% of the US data center capacity planned for 2026 is under construction, and 30 to 50% is expected to be delayed or canceled. In the largest markets, connecting a new facility to the grid can take four to seven years. We built a different kind of data center. Each Sonic Inference Pod delivers 1MW of compute from a 20-foot shipping container. It arrives fully assembled and tested, and needs ground, power and a network connection. Installation takes about a day. Inside each Pod: - Around 1,200 GPUs, with 2 to 8 GPUs per node - RTX PRO 6000 as the workhorse, with B200 and B300 for larger workloads - Local NVMe on every server - our proprietary hardware make the models stay warm and cold starts disappear - Closed-loop liquid cooling, with no water mains and no water consumed in normal operation Pods are small enough to deploy next to wind, solar and hydro generation, reducing the cost and loss of transporting electricity. They can also run closer to users or at a customer’s premises when dedicated local capacity is required. The network is distributed by design. If a Pod loses power, cooling or connectivity, requests move to another machine running the same model in another Pod. Resilience is handled across the network instead of being duplicated inside every facility. We have been running our own image and language-model workloads on this infrastructure for years. By designing the hardware and software together, and removing infrastructure inference does not need, we can offer inference at 30 to 90% lower cost. Sonic Inference Pods are available through Runware Serverless: - Serverless Compute: bring your models, Docker containers, services or code. Scale from zero and pay per second. - API Gateway: bring your model and run it behind a dedicated public or private endpoint. Pay per token, frame or asset. We are deploying across 160 sites, bringing the first 10,000 nodes online through 2026 and targeting more than 1GW of compute in 2027. Learn more and access the network through Runware Serverless. Today, we are announcing a $170 million Series B, led by EQT Group, co-led by General Catalyst, Trinity Capital and with participation from s16vc - Founders for Founders Fund, Begin Capital, DVC, joined by an outstanding group of individual backers including Max Junestrand, Victor Riparbelli, Mati Staniszewski, together with Philipp Freise. Dwelly in numbers: - Total funding to date: $260 million, including this latest round. - Founded in 2023, with 16 acquisitions completed since then. - 15,000 properties under management, placing us among the UK's top ten agencies. - $466 million in rent roll managed across the network. What this means for landlords and tenants: - Agency staff supervise our AI agents and act as advisors to landlords and tenants, allowing each agent to handle more than 300 units, up from around 100, while service quality across the network continues to improve. - Average maintenance resolution time is dropping from 50 days to a target of 10, with AI already cutting resolution times by 30 percent (yes, AI can direct a British plumber rather well). - Our platform also generates an average of 10 validated offers per property, compared with the 1 to 2 offers a traditional agency typically receives. Why this matters: This round allows us to keep building what we set out to build: an AI-native services company for residential lettings, one that performs the operational work directly on behalf of landlords, tenants, and agency staff alike. The most important part of our approach is that it raises the bar for the entire service industry across the country, improving the day-to-day experience for millions of people. We are grateful to our investors for their continued belief in this vision, and to our entire team for the work that has brought us to this point. This deal would not have been possible without the support of Zeynep Yavuz-Willson, Marc BhargavaJeannette zu Fürstenberg, Hemant Taneja, James Newton, Craig Fox, Emmett Ulian, Nils Petter Nygaard, Dominik Stein, Marcel Goehre, Alexander Kitsberg, and Kaushik Subramanian.

Excited to share that Saagar and I are stepping up as General Partners at Begin Capital alongside Alex and Ruslan. What makes this team genuinely special is something I don't take for granted. Four completely different perspectives, yet an uncanny ability to find conviction led consensus. Not consensus by compromise, but by alignment. It's rare and makes all the difference when backing outlier founders. I'm proud of the portfolio that we've built together and I am grateful for the continuous support from Alex Menn and Ruslan Sarkisyan. The next chapter is already well underway (stay tuned 👀), very excited to work with such a great team including Dan Lifshits, Flaviu R., Elias Schneider. To give one insight into the team dynamics; About 1.5 years after I joined the Begin team, Alex and I sat down in a café in London for my review. He looked at me and said: "You are genuinely the worst associate I have ever worked with, but the best partner I could wish for". Alex, my sincere apologies for never quite living up to your associate standard.... 😁

I've always believed that good UI/UX can make or break a great experience. Interacting with AI via text? Clearly not the best method for most users or tasks. Having to click through outdated enterprise applications? Also not the answer anyone wants. We need a better way. Designverse is our bet on how to get there at scale. So when Bogdan Iordache introduced me to Andrei M. and Robert D. it was as if I had finally found what I was searching for. The grand vision aligned, the pace of shipping and the work ethic of the whole team was outstanding, and they were winning large enterprise customers at unprecedented speed. Immensely proud that we at Begin Capital are co-leading DesignVerse's $5.5M Seed alongside Dan Mihaescu at GapMinder VC, and to finally have a co-investment with the phenomenal Bogdan Iordache at Underline Ventures 🚀 Romania has another winner in their backyard 🇷🇴 This is just the beginning. #Designverse #BeginCapital #EnterpriseAI #Romania

Rodion Shishkov and Slava Bocharov are the most inspirational founders I've ever met. The ones that never settle with marginal improvements, but rather rebuild industries from scratch. Super proud to support All3 alongside RTP Global, SuperSeed, VNV Global AB and s16vc - Founders for Founders Fund. Alex Menn, Saagar Bhavsar, Joël Van Dijk, Begin Capital https://lnkd.in/erxsDviG

Codesphere wins landmark €30.8M European government tender, positioning it to be a core component in Germany’s sovereign cloud ecosystem  I am extremely proud that the team has achieved this milestone, making a significant contribution to the next chapter in Germany’s digital transformation and state modernization. The remarkable part about MEDI:CUS and the Deutschlandplattform by GovTech Deutschland is the massive opportunities this contract will unlock for the public sector. The Public Administration and the highly regulated medical sector can now advance their digitalization much faster through accelerated procurement on a new, state-backed Cloud Platform. How it works: Codeshere runs on top of bare metal and cloud providers to orchestrate these workloads. The system is fully aligned with the principles and standards of the "Deutschland-Stack" and integrates Confidential Computing natively through our partner enclaive. This is made possible by our technological approach as a Virtual Cloud Provider. From a user perspective, our platform offers an experience similar to AWS, but it's a pure software solution with no proprietary servers. Compared to competitors, our platform accelerates complex legacy migrations from years to days. Additionally, we provide a rapidly growing, open marketplace for managed services that actively welcomes new partners. ##################### About GovTech Deutschland: GovTech Deutschland is a joint initiative of the German federal government, the federal states and the tech community, serving as the central platform for developing, testing, and scaling modern innovative technologies in the public sector. It connects administrations at federal, state and local levels with start-ups, technology companies, research institutions and civil society, to enable the development, validation and rollout of reusable modern solutions that strengthen state capacity and digital sovereignty.  With a growing ecosystem of over 160 members, flagship platform projects such as the cloud-based healthcare platform MEDI:CUS and the modular Deutschlandplattform, as well as a dedicated tech and upskilling curriculum that has already reached thousands of public servants, GovTech Deutschland is building one of the world’s leading GovTech ecosystems and driving Germany’s role as a pioneer in modern, technology-enabled government. Zach owns Watts Services. He cancels two out of every three construction jobs because he can't find operators. So we built a self-driving roller. Today we're announcing Crewline's $7.1M seed, led by Initialized Capital and Nebular, to deploy 100 rollers on earthwork jobs this year. I ran a construction company that hit $30M+ in revenue in two years. The labor shortage was our single biggest constraint. Retrofit your existing roller for autonomy in one hour. No wire cutting. Fully reversible. The foreman draws the zone, hits Go, and it compacts on its own. On a 30-acre airport extension in Austin with DSS, daily roller downtime dropped from six hours to under one. We've since expanded with Watts in Philadelphia — scaling from one roller to three across multiple sites. Zero accidents. Zero near-misses. Since ConExpo last month, 241 contractors have joined our waitlist. Dozers and excavators make decisions. Rollers just compact. We started with the one you can actually automate today. Four people built this. We're hiring perception and robotics engineers - your first week, you're on a jobsite with the system running next to you. And if you're running rollers and losing hours to operator shortage, reach out directly: freddie@crewline.ai Full story in the blog post below 👇

🚀 We’re coming out of stealth with xmemory - the memory layer for AI workflows, built for precision, reliability, observability, and governance. We’re currently in closed beta, launching pilots with existing design partners and inviting a small number of new companies to work with us in shaping the best memory solution in AI. Working on one of the most interesting and technically complex problems in one of the fastest-moving markets in history is a real privilege - and a genuine engineering joy. I’m deeply grateful to everyone backing us on this journey, especially our $4M pre-seed investors: • Fly VenturesBegin CapitalAAL VC33EastInovia Capital ...and the angels and mentors who’ve been actively helping us along the way. Vadim Barshtak Mark Shmulevich Alexey Dosovitskiy Konstantin Vinogradov Pavel Danilov Fredrik Bergenlid Gabriel Matuschka Alex Menn Ruslan Sarkisyan Raif Jacobs Demetrios Zoppos Yiannis Eftychiou Dmitry Stepanov Eugene Mikhaylov, CAIA Ash Vardanian Our approach to memory is different. Rather than trying to interpret endless raw or compacted context at read time, we focus on optimizing the write path for specific memory records - structuring, cleaning, and organizing data upfront so reads become: • faster • more reliable • better aligned with the questions you already know matter most In short, we believe 90% accuracy for generic contextual memory is not enough. A better approach is to answer 95% of the most important business and system questions with precision - the ones you know you’ll ask - and leave the remaining 5% to semantic search or RAG. Check out our website, message me directly, or submit your details there and we’ll be in touch. 📍 I’ll also be in: • New York (April 5-10) • San Francisco (April 11-17) Would love to re/connect.
