“Barry and I both worked successfully on a major Transformation programme at BNY Mellon between 2013 and 2016. The objective of this Project was to migrate all custody clients from all legacy Custody systems to a single Custody operating system. Barry participated in the initial project data analysis, requirements gathering and documentation. Barry was also responsible for managing the project timelines and ensuring all business lines remained on track throughout to completion, plus managing any aftercare. Through the whole programme Barry demonstrated his excellent communication skills and client focus. Barry could also be relied upon for his strong technical knowledge and problem solving to ensure this Transformation programme was a success. Prior to 2013, I had the pleasure of managing Barry as Client Services Rep (at BNY Mellon). Together we shared responsibilities for the day to day relationship management of corporate Clients and Investment Advisors. I have always found Barry to be open, honest and supportive.
