Alex - Lemon Cream Cups – Light, Tangy & Ready in Minutes! Ingredients (makes 4 servings): • 1 cup heavy whipping cream • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2 lemons) • 1 tbsp lemon zest • Whipped cream for topping • Lemon slices for garnish Quick Prep: 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form. 2. In another bowl, mix condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest. 3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture. 4. Senza farina ~ senza glutine e con soli 5 ingredienti!

🌱Ingredienti per uno stampo da circa 15cm di diametro:
2 uova bio
500gr di ricotta (io ho usato quella con meno grassi)
2 cucchiai di miele bio
3 cucchiai di fecola di patate
La scorza grattugiata di un limone bio 

👨🏻‍🍳Procedimento:
Mescola tutti gli ingredienti assieme come in video e cuoci l’impasto a 170 gradi in forno ventilato per 26 minuti circa o in friggitrice ad aria a 160 gradi per 22/24 minuti 😋

🇬🇧🌱Ingredients for an 15cm mould: 
2 organic eggs
500g of ricotta (I used the one with less fat)
2 tablespoons organic honey
3 generous tablespoons of potato starch
The grated zest of an organic lemon
