I'm going to show you guys how to make one of my favorite truffles. Now I've lost four hundred 64 pounds and truffles are something I've eaten throughout my entire weight loss journey. You're going to want to get your little mini dash waffle maker or whatever waffle maker you have and plug it in, warm it up, put it on a plate to catch any mess. I'm going to spray it with a little cooking spray and then I have some low fat shredded cheese. I usually put like half a serving down on the little griddle just like that you can use as much or as little cheese as you want And then I have my onions. I'm using red onion just like this. I'm going to put it right on top. So good. I'm going to add my egg whites. You can use a whole egg to make two truffles or you can use egg whites like I do. It's really up to you. I'm going to do a little bit of garlic seasoning just like that. I love this because it gets so crispy and taste the taste is incredible. Okay I'm going to put the other half of the serving of cheese right on top and I'm going to close my little waffle maker and I'm going to let this cook. Now, the trick to making truffles is not to open this up until it's done. So, either the light's going to go off or the steam is going to come out but you want it. That's my first smoky. You want to let it cook for two to 3 minutes. Alright, it's time to check our truffle. I always use two forks because it helps to pry it up easier without it falling apart. Oh my god, this smells so good. Yeah. Look at that. Yummy. The trick to getting your waffle crispy is to set it aside on a paper towel for just a few minutes so it has a chance to crisp up. Now, here is onion ring truffle so good. Mm. If you have a little mini waffle maker and you're like I don't know how to clean it. Here's what I do. It's still pretty warm so I'm just going to take some damp paper towels and I'm going to go along the edges and get off all the little crispies and things like that. Now if you get it really messy you can take it like a toothbrush, a toothpick, a little wooden skewer, anything like that. And then I also like to just kind of take the wet paper towel. And go like that for a minute. And it's going to get off a lot of the stuff here. So just like that. Easy peasy. And then when this cools off I'll flip it upside down and wipe it all off. Usually like maybe two three wings. And he said we better go safe and get thirty. I said who's eating these wings? Who's eating these wings? I am. He said I'm hungry. And I go you need 30 wings. What do we have in triplets? That was a joke. But I I settled and got twenty-five. He's still eating. Well we'll see if he gets them all gone. Alright let's see where we're at. Oh yeah. Perfect. Put it on the paper towel. And it will get crunchy. You know I'm doing a ranch with fried pickles. Low carb fried pickles. Taste test. That is delicious. I definitely think I could have probably got it crispier but I kind of like the little cheesiness to it. You gotta make that. But don't burn your face off. I have no taste buds left.

I messed with it a little bit so I'm going to put it on a paper towel to soak up extra grease. Alright, I got it here. Seems pretty crunchy. I think it could've got crunchier. I just really think it was too much cheese. Y'all let me know what you think. I like my onion rings with ketchup. So, it's what it is. That is so good. That does taste like an onion ring. 10 out of 10 recommend this if you're doing like low carb or keto.

Have a low sugar marinara sauce and I've used a fourth a cup and I'm going to place some in the bottom of a dish. Take a piece of the lowcarb tortilla. Place it on top of the sauce. I've got a reduced fat ricotta here about two tablespoons and I'm going to season that with some Italian seasoning, black pepper, garlic powder, just a little touch of garlic salt, a little sprinkle of parm, and I just mix that together. I'm going to take half of my ricotta mixture and put it on top of that first lowcarb tortilla and spread it out all over the tortilla. Another lowcarb tortilla down. More sauce. Baked parm. Another lowcarb tortilla slice. Put the rest of that low fat ricotta mixture on top of that slice of lowcarb tortilla. And spread it around. Last lowcarb tortilla slice right on top. The rest of the sauce. On top of that tortilla slice. Then a little sprinkle of fake palm. A couple tablespoons of mozzarella cheese on top. I'm using fat free. Use whatever you want and if you want more cheese, you know me. The more cheese the merrier. And maybe another little sprinkle of palm. Real quick, I wanted to note that this is my portion. I understand this is not going to work for everyone. You may need more or less than my portion based on your own needs. So, you can always add more or different ingredients to this to fit your own needs. I told you this was a two-minute lasagna. That's because it's going in Chef Mike for 2 minutes. While we wait, we'll clean our mess up. Oh, she's a little hot tamale but gorgeous.
