How to do dumbbell rows for better posture
In the left frame my shoulder stays in the same place. This means at the top of the row, my shoulder “dumps” forward, putting undue stress on the joint. Instead, the shoulder blade should move back and down with the elbow. People tend to set their grip way too wide on push-ups. This is an easy fix though. Fix this Common Overhead Press Mistake
Most common mistake in the overhead press: an overextended, or overarched, lower back. This usually happens because of insufficient shoulder mobility, but can also be the result of poor core stability and/or control. If the shoulders are unable to go overhead, the lower back compensates by arching. CLEAN UP YOUR SPLIT SQUATS/LUNGES
The most common mistake I see with lunge variations is that the front knee tracks too far forward. Ideally, the front knee would be about a 90 degree angle at the bottom of the lunge.
