1st Floor Covered Patio

The covered patio provides outdoor dining space and potentially area for the plunge pool (separate board). Heavy use of arches. May be required to use stained concrete instead of tile to reduce cost. Arches will use molded plaster to provide depth, and we will hand paint them. Heavy use of potted plants, bright colors contrasting the floor. Simple ceiling with lights/fans.
