Makes 6 GIANT cookies or 12 normal size cookies 1 1/2 cups cashews 1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes 3/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips 1 cup @simplemills honey cinnamon sweet thins, crushed 3/4 can (11-12 oz) coconut condensed milk (*you can also use regular condensed milk!)
