"Flowering Vine" design by Maggie Bonanomi A few weeks back, we moved our oldest son into his dorm for his first year of college. He seems to be adjusting well and enjoys his classes and new friends. I'm having a harder time adjusting, just like so many moms before me. It's hard to adjust to a new stage in life and I feel like a part of me is missing. Today I went to Berlin to the Amish Country Wool Artisans Hook-In at the Martin's Creek Mennonite Church. I met my friends Stacie and Rhonda there. This is Maggie Bononami, who is a rock star in the rug hooking world. I have all of her books. They have a rug show. Here are just a few rugs. I had to buy something from Maggie. The little Acorn pinkeep came home with me! LOVE this rug! Maggie and I. Have a great weekend!
