When we use this container the light weight line (6 or 8 lb) is wrapped around the jar 100x to give 60 ft. The heavy weight (14 lb) line also is wrapped around 100 times to give 60 ft of the line. Heavy hooks we used are size 6, light weight smaller hooks are 6 lbs. Experienced fishing friends believe that the most valuable parts of the kit are the hooks and line so we plan to increase the amounts of these.
