Becca | TeacherTastes on Instagram: "Sugar Cookie Jell-O Shots For 18 shots 2 cups water 1 cup baileys 1/4 cup butterscotch schnapps 1/4 cup kahlua coffee liquor 1 small package of unflavored gelatin 1. mix together baileys, butterscotch schnapps, and coffee liquors in a bowl, set aside 2. Add two cups of water to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil 3. Add in packet of unflavored gelatin after water is to a boil, set to simmer and whisk until gelatin dissolves 4. Turn off heat and mix in the Bailey, butterscotch, and coffee mixture 5. Add 1/4 cup cold water and mix together until well combined 6. Pour into a container with a spout to fill jello shots 7. Fill up 18 plastic shot glasses half full and place in fridge for 3 hours until jello hardens 8.
