Pocket-sized moleskine, with a variety of hacks... Pages are numbered, odd numbers only; front cover has a yearly calendar - monthly/weekly pages (for the first half of the year) are pasted in back. I'll start a new one in July; post-it tabs/flags inside back cover for marking important pages. Missing: table of contents - I'll include one in my next one.
