Logan Hursh on Instagram: "Hands down, my favorite exercise for strengthening the snap and take off phases in back handspring tumbling. The T-trainer by @tumbltrak gives the girls the right amount of speed to get moving but they have to really focus on their positions, shapes, and stiffness. Anyone can run hurdle and round off into a back tuck or layout! But if you want to really improve back tumbling, you need to strengthen each phase— independently and in combination. I think the girls might be down to work some twists or doubles! What do you all wanna see??"
