Inner thighs can be tricky to target as they often require external hip rotation. Plies and sumo squats are great for this, but if you’re not a fan of squats, keep swiping to see some other ways that you can target these muscles on the floor. This fun workout hits several other muscles as well, as shown! Do the entire workout as a circuit—8 to 16 reps (each side where applicable) and repeat!
