Creamy Cheesy Corn Casserole 🌽
Ingredients: 1 (15.25 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (15.25 oz) can creamed corn 1 cup sour cream ½ cup unsalted butter, melted 1 (8.5 oz) package corn muffin mix (like Jiffy) 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. 2️⃣ Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine drained corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, corn muffin mix, and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed. 3️⃣ Bake: Pour mixture into the prepared dish. Bake for 45 mins. 4️⃣ Add Cheese Topping: Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheddar on top, and return to oven. 5️⃣ Finish Baking: Bake 10-15 mins until cheese is melted and casserole is set. 6️⃣ Serve: Cool slightly before serving.
