Episode 10 of Healthy snacks : Soya chana dal Tikki: When it comes to healthy snacking specially in middle of the week, this one is my favourite. Easy to make, as I make sure The base is ready a night before ( you can store it for a day or two) and on the day I want to make just add some ingredients ( as mentioned) shape it up and Shallow fry in pan , sometimes i even air fry them. Soft and melt in mouth snack is ready for everyones lunch or snack box So you too, save the video for later and share with moms nd office buddy who might need it

Healthy No-bake Chocolate Tart 🫐♥️
Ingredients: • 1/4 cup almonds • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut • 6 dates • 1 tbsp cocoa powder • Pinch of salt • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted • 2 apples • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract • Cacao nibs • Blueberries Method: 1. Blend almonds, desiccated coconut, dates, cocoa powder, and salt until it comes together. 2. Grease tart tins with oil and line them with the prepared tart base. 3. Freeze the tart base while you prepare the filling. 4. Peel and chop the apples. 5. Boil the apples until they become mushy and a knife inserts smoothly. 6. Strain and cool the apples. 7. Blend the cooled apples with melted chocolate and vanilla extract until smooth. 8. Pour the blended filling into the prepared tart molds. 9. Set the tarts in the refrigerator overnight.
