GREAT FOR: Learning Primary Colors Learning how to create Secondary Colors Color Blending Word Identification IDEAS FOR USE: This Primary Colors worksheet is great for non-readers. The easy-to-identify pictograms allow students to make context clues and identify the correct Primary Color. Students can then use any media (oil pastel, watercolor, chalk pastels, etc.) to try their hand at blending Primary Colors to create Secondary Colors. Also, students can cut out the Secondary Color words (Orange, Green, Purple) from the word bank and glue or tape these words over the "???" below the new color they created! INSTRUCTION NOTE: I like to show the OkGo Sesame Street video: "There are Three Primary Colors" before guiding students to use this sheet.
