Build Huge & Strong Quads with these 3 Exercises
If you want to build huge and strong quads, add these exercises into your weekly training. Building big quads means using a big range of motion and going close to failure. These exercises do just that by throwing in a deficit or elevating the heel to drive your knee more forward and put more emphasis on the quad. Pick a weight that allows you to get 8-12 reps with the last set being close to (if not to) failure. I usually go for 4 to 5 sets and do each movement at least once a week.
