87K views · 6K reactions | Recipe is given below Crispy & Flavorful Paneer Wings – The Ultimate Veggie Twist! 🔥🧀 Who needs chicken when you can have Paneer Wings? 🥳 These crispy, spicy, and juicy paneer bites are coated in a flavorful batter, fried (or baked!), and tossed in a delicious sauce—giving you the perfect crunch with every bite! 🤤 And do you know ✅ Crispy outside, soft inside – Ultimate texture game! ✅ Perfect for snacking or parties 🎉 Recipe: Paneer -400 grams All purpose flour 2 tbsp+2 tbsp Corn flour-2 tbsp+2tbsp salt- to taste Ginger-1 inch Garlic-6-7 Green chilli-4-5 Dry spices- salt- to taste Red chilli powder-1 tsp Peri peri masala-2 tsp + 1 tbsp with butter Garam masala-1/2 tsp Corn flakes-1.5 cup Butter-1/4 cup Method- 1- break paneer as shown in video. 2- Crush ginger, garlic and green chilli with 1 tsp oil. 3- In a bowl mix corn flour 2 tbsp, all purpose flour-1/2 cup along with ginger green chilli and dry spices add some water to make a thick slurry. 4- Crush corn flakes and in a plate mix corn flour, maida and salt. 5- Prepare the wings by first coating with dry powder then dunk it in slurry and then coat it with corn flakes. 6- For best results keep it in the fridge for atleast half an hour. 7- In the mean time heat butter and add peri peri masala mix well and set aside so that we can cover wings in this after frying. 8- In a kadai heat oil and fry wings on medium heat and drizzle the periperi butter on top once it is fried.
