Buttery Soft Yeast Rolls
1 pkg active dry yeast 1/4 c warm water 1/3 c white sugar 1/4 c butter 1 tsp salt 1 c hot milk 1 egg 4 1/2 c all-purpose flour 2 Tbsp butter for brushing Mix yeast, warm water, sugar, softened butter, and salt in 1 cup hot milk. Knead 1/2 cup flour, then rise 1-1/2 hours. Brush with butter and bake at 375 degrees 18-20 minutes. Gather all ingredients and bake. Done.
