Recipe for pickle veggies:
1.5 white vinegar
1/4 c sugar
10 jalapeños, or so
2 cups carrots
1 red onion
(Put whatever mixture you wish of veggies)
Bring vinegar and sugar to boil.
When boiling stir veggies in vinegar and turn stove off. Pour mixture inside jar and let cool at room temperature for at least one hour. Ready to eat in about 4 to 7 days. Keep refrigerated.
