In a realm where the inevitable waves of time consumes both the weak and the strong, Kingdoms and cultures alike are cast to the wayside, doomed to the unknown oblivion.

Until a shining slash of gold fiercely pierces through the darkness. A scythe that radiates the beauty of his once thriving homeland, he armors himself with the skull of his ancestor as he carves open the lost remains of various civilizations, ancient artifacts, instruments, and documents fated to obscurity now found new purpose. These long forgotten ruins once echoing with life and prosperity now ripple a tune of melancholy and a longing for what was lost. Wherever this cloaked specter appears, it is like a new chapter revealing itself to the world, bringing new stories to tell and more information to learn. 

He strikes with the intensity of lightning, but leaves no thunder to follow for no one has seen him for more than just a mere moment. Legend has it where he is able restore objects to its most peak condition as if it reverted back to its golden age.

Others claimed he is a lingering spirit who has lived for over a thousand years withholding vast knowledge of the worlds history.

Tharkos: Reaper of the Ancient descends into the shadows of the abandoned and brings them into the light. Time is a stern father who halts for no soul and history his eternal book. They say that often history is written by the victors, but now regardless of who is triumphant or defeated, he shall have their mark on this world remain forever with a glimpse of a darken cloak retreating to the perpetual unknown....

Imagine discovering an ancient mystic temple, that has been uninhabited by people for thousands of years, leading to this once grand temple becoming an abandoned dungeon. When walking into the dungeon you can feel the presence of spiritual energy, good and bad…as if the spirits are at war with each other. Although you can't see these spirits you can hear horrid shrieks echoing throughout the temple. You pray you can journey through the temple safely without fighting the rotten corpses the evil spirits have sent upon you...

This first song I've created to share with the public. I'm still learning how to make music, but overall I think I was able to make something good. My inspiration comes from composers such as Yoko Shimomura and Nobuo Uematsu. 

Song was created in Logic Pro, with my trusty midi keyboard.
