Returns

First return is free for all orders shipped within the United States. 

All eligible items are subject to returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. Garments must be unworn, in their original condition with their tags to be accepted for a return.

Full-priced items on promotional discount are available for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of order.  Garments must be unworn, in their original condition with their tags to be accepted for a return.

Any returns made after 14 days are not refundable.

All items in SALE and SAMPLE SALE are final sale.  All items marked with “*This item is final sale*” cannot be returned at any time. Flash sale items, or sale items on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

All regularly priced items are subject to exchange within 14 days of receipt of items provided that the garment is unworn, in its original condition with tags.

First exchange is free for all orders shipped within the United States.  For further exchanges, the customer is responsible for all fees and costs of the returned items.  

All sale items are size exchangeable based on availability.  All sale on sale promotions and SAMPLE SALE are final sale, not available for exchange/returns. All exchanges are subject to exchange within 14 days of receipt of items in original condition, with tags based on availability.  

Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.  Exchanges made after 14 days will be subject to management approval.
