我有个新加坡地区的 appstore 账号，最近给平板上下几个付费 app ，发现操作不了了，每次都卡在添加支付方式这一步。我是很早以前通过套路注册的这账号，一直都是通过礼品卡方式充值以后购买的 app ，还剩下几十块新币，请教下大家，有没有啥邪修办法能加上支付方式，或者把余额用出去也行。
