CV summary

My training combines pharmacy, bioinformatics, chemistry, and machine learning for computer-aided drug discovery. I am currently an Erasmus Mundus double-degree master's student in Bioinformatics at University Paris Cite and Chemistry at the University of Milan.

I previously completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City. My thesis focused on knowledge-guided graph self-supervised learning for molecular property prediction.

Education

Research experience

  • 2025 - present: Master researcher, University Paris Cite. Work on PubChem and ChEMBL bioactivity retrieval, dark chemical matter selection, virtual screening benchmarks, self-supervised molecular representation learning, and target-specific scoring functions.
  • 2022 - 2025: Undergraduate researcher, University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City. Work on molecular representation, HIV integrase, PD-L1, ALK, EGFR, and VEGFR drug discovery projects, with an emphasis on self-supervised graph learning for molecular property prediction.
