My favorite albums of 2024, #13. Shackleton is such a good pairing with Holy Tongue, he adds a much-needed warmth to the post-punk trio's usual aloof chilliness. There's some of that still, but it's buoyed with jazz and world music to make an intoxicating whole.

The befriended musician band of mine Rainbow Blood, showed me Age of Imunology, which dig deeply my soul. On Afternoon X: Drums are perfect, tight & drivefull.Bass well placed on the tracks.Vocals are warm, haunting & hypnotizing. The Album is also my 2nd favorite one, but subito and the line "What are we waiting What are we waiting for?" was so well placed here with the reverb of the vocals.The perfect final track and I'm glad my friends showed this jewel :)
