We do not accept returns for digital downloads, but all physical items (such as vinyl, CDs, and merchandise) can be returned.
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit. However, if your item arrives faulty, please reach out to shipping@vault-sessions.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
You have 28 days from the delivery date or the date your order is ready for collection at your chosen store or pickup point to return an item for a refund. You are responsible for returned items until they arrive with us, so please ensure they are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
If you wish to return something for another reason, please ensure that the product is returned in ‘new’ condition with no damage.
All returns must be accompanied by your full name, order number and a written explanation of why you are returning the product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
