No doubt about it - this is a real Laura Kidd album! The song material has all typical traits of her perfect songwriting, so expect something in the vein of "Penfriend" and "She Makes War". The main difference is in the heavy rock guitars, contributed by Gareth "Rat" Pring, which shift the album right to the border line of Alternative and Hard Rock. An excellent collaboration album, that cries for more of this fine stuff.
