Very slow on the cashiering side and if you order by phone you have to go through a whole lot of automation on the phone then when go in to pick up you have to join the same the line with others that are doing in-store orders there should be a separate line for those who order on line or by phone to just pay and pick up.

Pizza was good but customer service is lacking,more professionalism is needed,too much attitude from workers were observed. Also order was called in 15 minutes before arrival and still had to wait 30 more minutes because persons were late for work.

Do not go there expected the restaurant style pizza hut that we all knew and loved, they have renovated the place so it has become a normal fast food in and out spot. Very disappointing. 😑

Probably it's the best food you can get in the area, except restaurants, but they are way more expensive.
A proper Pizza hut, they serve quality pizza but are truly Jamaican - forgot one pizza out of two ordered. They fulfilled the order to the promise time, still 45 minutes waiting was unpleasant - other people got their orders in 20.

The wait is usually extended here so it's best to call in your order and even then sometimes it may not be ready particularly on Fridays/month end. Staff is courteous and pleasant and the pizza is good.cheese sticks are usually cold tho.

The place has changed since I last visit. But the overall change was worth it, more spacious, and now you can sit in without exiting the purchase area. The seating for family are somewhat limited, but overall, nice atmosphere, the phone service was exceptional, called once and got through with my order. The delivery service however needs more work. I absolutely enjoyed my time with the kids.

For the first time in many years I went there and the waiting time was acceptable. Usually the wait is loooooooong. Don't know if it was because I went late Sunday night or improvement in their delivery service. Hope it's the later.

The settings was 1/10 for me, the old settings was great, now its like going to buy a patty. No customer service because you have to joint a line then sit yourself down. PLEASE CHANGE THE SETTINGS because this is not cutting it.

2 stars are just for cleanness , otherwise pizza taste so bad. We ordered full mix pizza ,which was for Jamacian $2000. they put minimum toppings on each slice, looked no where near to there pizza showed on advertisement.

If you're trying to just have decent pizza you can pass by the place. If you're looking for the decor and experience that was previously there. Look elsewhere. Wait times are also abysmal over the phone and delivery is spotty.

This store has a customer friendly atmosphere, clean and compact, depending on the time of day. Not the best aesthetics as the central dining looks more like a school classroom. An interior design redo could be more appealing.

Well I really love the pizza! Piping hot and delicious. However I really felt underwhelmed at the decor. I remember when they just opened the in house dining area at this location, it felt like a breath of fresh air for affordable dining, I used to refer my friends there for dates. Now it just feels like a regular fast food get up. Your order number being shouted when your food is ready. Guess that's where the money is at these days.

The new design is focused on providing speedier service. The dining room that was available was removed but the new space provided is adequate for small groups and casual eaters. Pizza hut pizza's are still the best on the island

Staff is very friendly, food is up to all standards. Only took one star off because thy are slow. The place was nearly empty and yet the wait was 15 minutes. It's every time like this. So yes, speed up service and next time its 5 star

Fast food as you know it. They deliver, you can eat in and carry out. Normally a significant crowd on weekend nights and during the corporate lunch hour periods. They have some budget friendly menu options and the regular pizza menu line up. As far as quality goes, Pizza Hut is probably the best you'll do in terms of fast food pizza in Jamaica.

Parking will be an issue most time as the restaurant is located on the always busy Knutsford Boulevard strip. Your best bet is to park on a nearby avenue if you're not lucky enough to get an available parking on the strip itself.

Favorite pizza but it takes 30-40 minutes to get one. Domino's takes less time (15 minutes). Can call and order then pick up. Inside the restaurant is clean with no insects visible. Staff mostly courteous.

Poor parking facility. Pizzas are done to order so it's best to call in your order st least 10 mins before you go to prevent the long wait.

If you can get home delivery that's the better option, they do facilitate card payments just the same.

The service here was not up to par.. The tables and seats were dirty and when I asked the manager if someone can clean the table she stated that if someone needs a clean table they gotta ask when that shouldn't be the case. They only had Pepsi 2l soda which weren't refrigerated because according to the manager Serita they were busy. For a pizza hut facility they need proper training and managerial skills to continue with the name Pizza Hut
