Need

A new development pre-let. The client had a need to interactively showcase the new development and its USP´s. Both digitally, but also in pitch presentations.

Solution

Together with leasing agents and the client, we created a comprehensive animation flythrough of the new development controlling how potential tenants would view the building. The animation presented USP´s and packaged the whole building in 90 seconds. On top of this, WtR delivered a 13 CGI´s and a virtual tour.
