## Projects

- [WIGVO](https://aclanthology.org/2026.acl-demo.33/): real-time bidirectional
  translation over ordinary phone calls (PSTN), with no app on the recipient's
  side. Dual-session relay with a deterministic echo gate. Accepted to ACL 2026
  System Demonstrations and run live at booth D3; an invited talk and poster
  followed at IWSLT 2026. Reported: 555 ms median caller-to-callee latency,
  zero echo-induced loops across 147 completed field calls, USD 0.28 per minute.
- [WigtnOCR](https://huggingface.co/Wigtn/Qwen3-VL-2B-WigtnOCR): a LoRA adapter
  over Qwen3-VL-2B-Instruct that turns Korean government PDFs into structured
  Markdown. Distilled from a 30B teacher with a text-only judge filtering the
  supervision. Reported on OmniDocBench: Table TEDS 0.649. On KoGovDoc-Bench:
  Hit@1 0.739, first of six parsers on three of four retrieval metrics. Apache
  2.0, weights and evaluation set public.
- [WIGSS](https://npmjs.com/package/wigss): a CLI that wraps a running dev
  server, lets you drag components on the live page, and writes the change back
  into the source file that produced it. Apache 2.0. No controlled speed or
  code-quality benchmark has been published.
- [WIGTN plugins](https://github.com/wigtn/wigtn-plugins): a Claude Code plugin
  ecosystem for multi-agent software workflows. The agent and skill counts are a
  package surface, not a productivity result: a controlled evaluation on GPT-5.6
  Sol found the legacy harness increased median wall time by 151.7% without
  improving task outcomes, and the design was changed because of it.
