This release evokes the earthy, soothing ambiance of a rain-kissed woodland, blending nature’s sounds with immersive melodies. Each track feels like stepping through a misty forest. Omaan
TKB is very likely the most well kept secret in ambient/experimental music that I personally know of.
The music is difficult to describe but some words that come immediately to mind; Ancient. Primitive. Prehistoric. These compositions breathe and wriggle like something (or many thousands of somethings) living, like witnessing tectonic crusts crawl across the landscape in real time. A contact mic hooked directly to the pulsating lava core of the earth itself.

Genius level stuff over here. TKB is, for my money, the single most underrated artist working in ambient music - and judging by their near non existent digital footprint outside of the music itself, I wonder if this is by design. It feels like this music is too special to be shared with the masses, like you were meant to stumble on it and feel lucky for doing so.
As always with TKB, this music feel like it's been extracted from the earth itself. Texture in its purest form. Sonic alchemy. ghosttropics
a double pack for hauntologists and spectral dub enthusiasts. here are some adjectives: meandering, exploratory, anthropological. pure rhythm & texture—full support! Harrison Phinney
