RIPON – Police were asking residents to avoid part of SouthDouglasStreet Friday afternoon, June 19, as officers responded to an active incident in the 500 block, according to the RiponPolice Department.
This stage encompasses improvements on 8th Street from west of Douglas Street to the west side of Pierce Street. Douglas Street from 8th Street to 9th Street will be signed and painted for two-way traffic to maintain access to all businesses.
