I’m registered for Fal.Con Europe, but can no longer attend. What is the cancellation process and policy?
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations before 14 Oct. 2025: Full refund
- Cancellations between 15-31 Oct. 2025: 50% refund
- Cancellations after 31 Oct. 2025: No refund
Refunds are processed within one week of receiving your written cancellation request.
Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Yes, Fal.Con Europe passes are fully transferable within the same organisation — just email us with the new attendee’s information.
