    This is a sturdy trowel but it's manufacture and finish quality is somewhat crude. The leading edge is roughly ground instead of finished to a smooth edge, which would involve one more simple step in the manufacturing process. Also, the handle on the one I received was welded slightly off the right angle and the weld, although strong, is not finished well. As this is a consumer item, the manufacturer would be well advised to improve the finish quality. A few simple steps would greatly improve the look and feel of the product.

    I’ve only used it one day so far so I can’t give a review on how long it’s gonna last but it is very sturdy and thick metal and makes digging in soil where there is grass growing easy as pie. I am amazed at how good it is and I’ve been Using other brands for decades. I recommend this but if you’re a type of a person, that’s a little bit clumsy keep in mind. It’s very sharp. I do not have any issues with using this outstanding hand trowel. Quality all the way.
