      I returned because after charging for a whole day the phone kept turning itself completely off. Didn't even get to set it up.

      I returned stating this issue and was charged a restocking fee even though product was defective. I messaged the seller asking to refund restock fee. They said phone was tried out for a day and was not defective.

      I would have never returned had it worked. Ad said no restocking fee if defective. Now I'm out an extra 35.00 and still have no phone. Terrible customer service.
