  • PLASTER OF PARIS: Each of the bandaging rolls is prefilled with plaster powder. Simply dip the plaster-impregnated bandage into water and apply it to the skin or shape and form it as you wish. The papier mache wraps are quick to dry too.
  • INCLUDES: You will receive 6 white bandage rolls (300 cm long). Each roll is wrapped to keep it fresh and dry until you need it. May cause allergies in babies or those with sensitive skin.

Get creative and make moulds with the Navaris set of plaster cast bandage strips. Just a few seconds in water and the plaster-filled rolls are ready to apply wherever you want. Ready in 30 minutes.

The plaster-filled strips are safe for use on pregnant bellies, faces, the torso and other body parts without irritation. Please note that applying moisturiser to the area of skin before applying bandages is optional.

FOR EVERYONE

Young and old will enjoying casting, crafting and creating with the set of paper mache strips. They're also great for kids' school projects and sculpture work.

CUT TO SIZE

Each strip measures 300 cm long, but any excess material can easily be cut with a pair of scissors to make smaller strips as required.

EASY TO USE

Each of the powder-filled strips can simply be submerged in water and applied to the area or object you would like to cast. Ensure there are no air bubbles before application. The drying time is less than 10 minutes, while the complete setting time is around 30 minutes and does not require baking.

    I use this product to repair carnival chalkware or other vintage plaster of Paris figurines. This bulldog was badly broken, so I fortified each piece with the gauze (carefully sliding it into and out of the water. )

    I let the excess water drip off and used the gauze to re-attache and hold each piece that was put back into place. It's a bit like putting a jigsaw puzzle in place.

    The plaster impregnated gauze reinforces the pieces as each one is put in place. When the pieces are fit into place, I then apply the gauze on the outside of the object to cover the cracks and to seal the piece. Once it is dry, I apply DAP to the outside, sand the piece and repaint it. This gauze is perfect for the job.
