The tiki looks great and was an awesome addition to my wife's outdoor fairy garden. When it lit up it looked awesome that is until it went through its first rain. Some nights I can't get it to light up so it must need more sunlight than the other solar items we have in the backyard. When we have a strong sun then it comes to life again. If it rains during the day however we tend to get no light out of the little guy.

PROS:
- Nicely painted tiki statue
- When it illuminates it looks awesome

CONS:
- Seems to need a lot of light
- Would have preferred the electronics not be on top as allows water to get to the circuit board and battery. Solar/electronics on top of back or with drain/weep hole under electronics would be better.

If he were a person, he’d be the ideal height for reaching the top shelf at the grocery store without a step stool. But no, he was more than that—a beacon of light, a luminary with a mission. By day, our Tiki friend was a diligent energy convertor. His solar panel, perched atop his head like a tiny sun hat, soaked up rays like a thirsty sunflower. “Photosynthesis, baby!” he’d whisper to himself, flexing his metaphorical solar biceps. And oh, the power he stored! His battery, a veritable Hercules, stood ready for action come twilight. As the sun dipped below the horizon, our Tiki transformed. His hand-painted exterior glowed, revealing intricate patterns that would make even the Mona Lisa jealous. “Illumination mode: ON!” he’d declare, casting a warm, flickering light across the garden.
