What I love most is the work where I own the whole thing. Picking the architecture, writing the code, watching real users hit it, fixing what breaks at 2am. The hands-on, full-cycle stuff. That's where I do my best work.

Founding Software Engineer

XeniaCame in as a founding engineer at Xenia, a frontline operations platform 30k+ workers rely on every day. Led a ground up React Native rebuild, swapped PowerSync for a custom SQLite + MMKV offline stack, and closed tenant isolation gaps that were leaking data across customer workspaces. Currently leading deduction based scoring for a major new client, across the checklist engine, mobile, web, and reports.

Software Engineer II

LaamSpent a year at Laam, one of the biggest fashion marketplaces in Pakistan. Rearchitected a revenue critical checkout flow, built a Temporal based workflow SDK that got picked up across multiple engineering teams, and shipped EasyPaisa as a first class payment option, all in the first six months. Got to touch everything from features to frameworks.

Web Team Lead

Google DSCTook on the Web Team Lead role at the COMSATS Lahore chapter. Spent the year running our web projects for Google Solution Challenge, building the official chapter website, and mentoring the team into shipping real production code. Felt great watching people who had never touched a frontend before ship something they were proud of.

Getdone – Lab®My first job, picked up while I was still in university. Spent two and a half years figuring things out the hard way, building eCommerce sites, Web3 apps, and a handful of full-fledged SaaS products across React, Node, and Next. The place taught me to ship fast, debug faster, and never trust the framework to save you.
