Annual ReportsAnnual reports covering each fiscal year from the Code Committee on Military Justice, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the Judge Advocates General of the Armed Forces are jointly submitted to Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Secretaries of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Reports from 1951 through 1976 cover calendar years.
Due to statutory amendment, annual reports from 2018 forward will only include the Report of the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. For more detailed information, please see the Code Committee webpage.
The Joint Service Committee on Military Justice will make available from 2018 forward the annual reports on military justice from the Judge Advocates General and the Staff Judge Advocate to the Commandant of the Marine Corps.
