Below is ticketing information for our Carabao Cup 1st leg semi-final tie against Newcastle United at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday, January 7 at 20:00 pm.
This will be a Category C fixture with all concessions 50% the Adult rate in the selected area. (pricing and information on match categorisation).
Please note that this fixture is included as part of the Platinum and Avenell season ticket as are all men’s competitive home fixtures.
The Ticket Exchange is now open to all Gold, Silver and Red members at a limit of one ticket per member. If you already have a seat for this fixture then you will not be able to buy on the exchange.
Sales Phases
Gold members can purchase their own season ticket seat(s) from 12pm on Monday, December 23, which will be reserved online and held until 12pm Friday, December 27. There will be no booking fee during this priority period for Gold members.
If you are a Gold member and hold a concession season ticket, your seat has already been reserved to the correct concession. This can be found in the “My Account” section under reserved seats. You will be able to amend this online when booking should you wish to upgrade to an adult ticket. Please note if you upgrade but wish to change back before making a purchase, you will need to log out and log back in to default your seat back to the original concession.

To ensure fairness and equal opportunity, tickets for home fixtures will be sold via a ballot system, exclusively for Arsenal members.
Members will have a designated window to enter the ballot. You can choose to register individually or as a group of up to four members, if all supporters meet the necessary requirements. You can enter at any stage during the registration window, and your odds of success will remain the same.
Please note due to event requirements, remaining seats within the designated family area will be made available for the full ballot and all kiosks around the Stadium will provide the same food and beverage offerings and all applications will be run against their 1st and 2nd choice and then for those who selected the option to be balloted into any area.
If you are eligible, you can select up to two preferred price bands during the registration process. Please note if your payment card is declined, your application will be unsuccessful.

Platinum members, please note that your digital passes will be valid for this game.
We would like to remind all Gold members that this game is not included in your season ticket composition. If you wish to attend this match, you must purchase a ticket for this game. There will be a priority window for you to purchase your usual seat, as detailed below.
TICKET EXCHANGE & TICKET TRANSFER
Access to the Ticket Exchange service will be limited to members who were unsuccessful in the ballots. This service may also open to other members, and these details will be communicated on a match-by-match basis via the relevant ticket information page.
Please note both Silver and Red members will now be able to purchase or post their seats on the ticket exchange in the Upper or Lower Tier for this fixture.
Arsenal season ticket holders can transfer their tickets to friends and family once the Silver ballot has been run, unless stated otherwise.
Both Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer services will close three hours before kick-off, unless stated otherwise, and recipients of tickets via the Ticket Transfer service must accept the ticket transfer before the deadline.

Digital Tickets
Once the digital pass has been added to an Apple or Android wallet, any purchased tickets will automatically show on the digital pass approximately one week before the relevant fixture - more information.
Any new members who purchase their membership close to a fixture will be sent their tickets via an email attachment, in case their digital pass is not available in the app.
Any tickets accepted via the Ticket Transfer service will be sent via email.

Under-14s
Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied and seated within reaching distance to an adult aged 18 or over when attending fixtures at Emirates Stadium.
Any bookings which do not meet our safeguarding regulations will result in the ticket being cancelled and a full refund issued.
