HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BOOK PER GROUP?Why book a single session when you could bring your Grandma, coworker or cat? As long as you keep it to 8 people or under, the guest list is your oyster.

WHAT DO I WEAR TO THE STUDIO?While we do provide multiple backdrops, furniture and awkward props, we don’t offer wardrobe service– it’s up to you to dress for the occasion! Try to dress for the theme you want and feel free to coordinate with your group!

HOW MANY DIGITAL PHOTOS DO I GET?Each photo session comes with 2 digital photos! You can buy the full set of 10 digitals for $49. Be sure to share them with friends and family to let the world know that you're awkward and proud of it!

HOW LONG DOES A SESSION TAKE?Ever had an awkward moment that only lasted a minute but felt like an eternity? Well, luckily this awkward session takes 40 of those eternities! Sessions are 60 minutes in total, with 40 minutes of photography and 20 minutes of prep and post-shoot time. Plenty of time for awkward moments, multiple poses, backdrops and “wait I blinked!” retakes.

CAN CHILDREN VISIT THE STUDIO?Yes, Awkward Portrait Studio is a family-friendly studio – check out our Family Packages on the homepage! All children over 12 require a ticket to have their awkward portrait taken.

CAN I BRING MY PET?Yes, pets are welcome but there will be a $20 charge per pet!

IS THE STUDIO ACCESSIBLE?Unfortunately, our studio is located on the second floor of a Toronto townhouse and is not wheelchair accessible.
